The hotel staff were friendly and provided great customer service. the hotel's location was prime with a bustling market and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel also offered comfortable bedding that provided a good night's sleep.

The facilities were lacking, with poor communication about AC/Heater timing and the room being without a window. The bedding also had stains on it and the lack of covers was unhygienic.
